J.S.Cock AS (JSC), Prosessventiler AS (PV) and Norwegian Valve Group AS (NVG) are all companies owned by Jotobico Holding AS (JOTHOL), a private family company owned by the Cock family.

Earlier this year JOTHOL became the major owner of PV AS.  In August 2011 Jotobico Holding also bought 100% of the NVG shares.  The results of both PV and Norwegian Valve Group were in 2009 and 2010 deeply influenced by the financial crises, and JOTHOL, with their long experience and great knowledge from the market, has given both companies considerable new capital.

The companies will act separately, like other valve producers and suppliers having a mutual owner.  Even if the companies in many ways operate in the same market, they have different producers with different products and solutions, which will avoid competition and conflict between the companies.  Should, however, such a situation occur, the philosophy of the owner will be competition as previously, but not too close.

High Pressure Ball  Valves for corrosive chemical service used in construction of pressurized piping systems where API-607 Fire Test rating is required.

Norwegian Valve Group AS has signed an agreement with ControlAir Inc. for sales and distribution of their products in Norway.  The agreement includes regulators, filters, boosters and I/P, E/P, P/I converters. All products available in SS316.

The Choke Valves cover solutions for the most severe flow control applications:

N-Line Valves are qualified for API-6A (ISO-10432), API 17D (ISO 13628-4) and

ASME B 16.34.

The design is reviwed and approved by agencies such as ABS, DNV, Lloyds and Bureau Veritas.

The valves are flow tested to ISA 75.02 and sizing according to ANSI/ISA S75.01 and

IEC 534-2.  

The range of choke design covers API, ASME and DIN ratings up to API 20000 and ASME 2500, sizes from 2,5” to 12”.
